SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All domestic shipments over $25 are sent via usps, first class mail with a tracking number and delivery confirmation and generally take 2-8 business days to reach their destination. First Class packages are not scanned at every stop, and in many cases the details of your package tracking will not be displayed. Please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days) for packages that may have been misrouted or delayed. We offer priority shipping at checkout and will gladly expedite your package for an additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks (6+ if held up in customs) from the time of shipping to arrive to their destination. Please note that all taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders are shipped regular mail via usps and do not always include a form of tracking as the availability of this feature varies by country. Shipments outside of the US are not deemed lost until 7 weeks has passed. 

PRODUCTION TIMES

Our production schedule is generally 3-6 business days. Day one is the first business day AFTER your order is placed. You can expect a longer production time for your order during sales and the weeks leading up to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. 

RE-SHIPMENT OF PACKAGE

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, a new shipping charge will apply. 

GIFT PACKAGING 

If you are ordering more than one item and would like each item individually packaged for gift giving, please select the appropriate option at checkout, otherwise all items will be packaged together.
