It's very important to us that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you're not, drop us a message! We will gladly arrange an exchange for non-personalized, non-handstamped or non-custom orders within 5 days of the postmarked delivery of your item, minus shipping charges.

In our response will be specific instructions on our return process. Carefully place the item back in its original box inside your envelope to ensure a safe (untangled) return!
