This is a DEPOSIT to secure your reservation. This deposit goes towards your purchase - it is *not* a fee. Please note that if you fail to show up to your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, your deposit is non-refundable.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to choose the chain for your permanent piece of jewelry! A 10-minute appointment slot can accommodate welding of ONE PIECE of permanent jewelry for ONE person. If you're considering more than one piece of permanent jewelry, please book TWO CONSECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS to allow for enough time to select your chains and have them welded. Don't see two (or more) consecutive appointments, please email us at hello@chipandchisel.com so that we can try to accommodate!

SPECIAL NOTE: Do you already have a piece of jewelry that you would like turned into a permanent piece? I can help with that! Reserve your spot for $15 - this is the fee for the service of welding your existing piece. There will not be any additional charges for this service when you are onsite for your appointment. If you would like to confirm that your existing piece can be welded, please send a photo of the full chain to hello@chipandchisel.com.
